What should I do if my order sustains damage during transportation?Updated 9 months ago

In the unlikely event that your products are damaged during shipping, our customer service team can assist you. Photos of the damaged box and products are required to process your request. A claim will be filed with Stallion Express or Canada Post by one of our customer service representatives.

Once our team and the carrier have received all the necessary information (photos, details, etc.), we can then offer compensation for any damaged items.

Please note that after a 30-day period (from the date of shipment), we, unfortunately, cannot process your request.
